Overview
The Airtable Anywhere Integration for http://monday.com is a tool that allows users to embed Airtable directly into their http://monday.com Boards, Items, Dashboards or Workdocs. This integration streamlines collaboration, eliminates manual data entry, and allows users to customize the integration to their specific needs.
Accessing the Application
To use Airtable Anywhere, follow these steps:
On Airtable side

Open Airtable, in the top right menu, click on the Share button.

Click on Share to web and enable sharing

Select Embed this base by clicking on the dedicated button

In the new tab, click Copy the embed code
On http://monday.com side

Navigate to your http://monday.com board view

Open the application by clicking on the Airtable Anywhere tab. The application settings page will appear.

Paste the link you copied from Airtable in the dedicated space

If you see a preview in the right panel, it means it’s all good
Settings
You have several settings in the application.

Once you have set up your table, just click the Save settings button to access the Airtable document embedded in http://monday.com
You can go to the settings page by clicking the Edit embedding settings button.
Item view Features and Settings
Airtable Anywhere have additional features and settings for the Item views.

You can retrieve the Airtable URL from a column value; you just need to extract the link from the embed code as shown below.

And paste it in your table column

In your board, add a column with all the Airtable links, then in Airtable Anywhere settings, select Column value and select that column.

Or if you want all the items to have the same Airtable, select Direct link and add the link to the form.
