Sharing Confluence content in Teams

Search functionality allows you quickly find the relevant Confluence pages and share them with others in chats or channels.

By bringing Confluence content into Teams, you create a centralized hub for information. Team members don't have to switch between different applications to find relevant information, making it more convenient and efficient.

To use this functionality:

  1. Confluence admin need to set up this integration before.

  2. You need to connect your Confluence and Microsoft Teams accounts.

Follow these steps to search and share Confluence Content in Microsoft Teams:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Teams chat or channel.

  2. Move to the message box and select the three dots (…) menu.

  3. Find our Confluence Connector app.

  4. Using the search choose the page you want to share.

  5. Type your message and send it.
